How does the Zelo token system work?
Zelo uses a token-based system. Listing tokens (1 token per place) are required to create Zelo places, and joinable tokens (1 token per place) are required to join someone else's Zelo place. New users receive an initial token balance set by WorldFlows, which may vary based on promotional offers, special events, festive seasons, or other conditions. Premium subscribers get unlimited tokens.
Is WorldFlows free to use?
Yes! WorldFlows offers free Zelo features including creating and joining meetups. WorldFlows Prime subscribers get unlimited Zelo listings and joinings, full chat and profile access, and plan-change alerts.
How do I create a Zelo place?

Yes! You can create private Zelo places with a unique code. Private places don't appear on the public map but can be shared directly with friends using the code.

How accurate are location recommendations?
Map and place data come from Google Places and user-submitted locations. We recommend verifying details about destinations, prices, and operating hours before you go.

Yes! Each Zelo place has its own chat room where all participants (creator and joiners) can communicate, coordinate meetups, and share information. You'll receive push notifications when someone sends a message.
What if I have dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?
You can set dietary restrictions and accessibility needs in your profile so Zelo hosts and other users can better understand your needs when coordinating meetups.
How do I access my Zelo places?
Your created and joined Zelo places appear on the main map and in your profile History page.
What is WorldFlows Prime?
WorldFlows Prime is our premium subscription that unlocks unlimited Zelo listings and joinings, full access to chats and profiles, and notifications when nearby plans change. Subscriptions are available in monthly and yearly plans. You can restore purchases and manage your subscription through the in-app subscription center or your device's app store settings.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All your personal information, profile data, and Zelo activity are encrypted and stored securely using industry-standard security measures. What happens if a Zelo place expires?
Zelo places automatically expire 6 hours after their scheduled start time. Expired places are hidden from the map and cannot be joined. All chat messages and participant information remain accessible in your history.

How does Zelo chat work?
Each Zelo place has its own chat room where all participants (creator and joiners) can communicate. Only users who have joined the place can access and send messages. You'll receive push notifications when someone sends a message. Chat supports replies and has automatic content moderation.
Can I edit or delete my Zelo place?
You can delete your own Zelo place at any time, but editing is not currently available. If you need to make changes, you'll need to delete and recreate the place. Note that tokens are not refunded when you delete a place.
How do I get more tokens?
You can purchase additional tokens through in-app purchases. Premium subscribers receive unlimited listing and joinable tokens. Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
What information is visible to others in Zelo places?
When you create or join a Zelo place, others can see your name, avatar, intent, emoji, scheduled date/time, and the location you selected. Your current location is NOT tracked in real-time—only the specific location you selected is shared.
Is Zelo safe to use?
We implement safety measures including content moderation, reporting features, and privacy controls. However, you are responsible for your safety when meeting with other users. Always meet in public places, inform others of your plans, and trust your instincts. Report any inappropriate behavior immediately.
Why isn't my Zelo place showing on the map?
Possible reasons: Your place is set as private/unlisted, it has expired (past scheduled end time + 6 hours), you're viewing the wrong map area, or there's a network connection issue. Try refreshing the map or checking your place settings.

Possible reasons: You don't have enough joinable tokens (need 1), you've already joined this place, you're the creator (already automatically joined), the place has expired, or there's a network connection issue.
